Things Not to Do at Home during Circuit Breaker
There are so many articles and post about things you can do during your time at home amid ‘Circuit Breaker’ at home…
And I thought why not write about things you should not do at home!
Yes, we should stay positive at times like this. But I do find myself drowning in the pile of things I try to achieve during this period. Which brings me to my first point.
1. Do not overload yourself with too much information at once. Trying to achieve too many things at once will be detrimental.
Below are just some other random tips I thought of.

These are little reminders to keep myself sane during this period.
2. Do not try physical challenging activities at home that could land you in the hospital. Doing a handstand has been a long-time goal of mine. We all need baby steps. Again… being over ambitious is not going to bring you any closer to your goal. I nearly snapped my neck when I tried a headstand before.
3. Do not willow into the cycle of self-pity. Self-reflection is good as we are away from people, but I may have gone down that path of crying over spilled milk myself. It is not pretty.
4. Do not stress over the things you are unable to achieve. Set realistic goals.
5. Do not online shop unnecessary! With all shops trying to trap us in their web it is bound to happen, but control is essential. As a fresh graduate, one might not have found a job yet! How to pay for the accumulated bill then! Think of a better way to use the solidarity budget given by our government please.
6. Do not overeat. Personally, when I am bored my first stop would be the kitchen. Snack after snack. Snack considerably.
The above mentioned may or may not be relevant to you. But thanks for reading! I believe it is all about balance :)
